A 31 year Veteran Firefighter - EMT. Worked with the National Park Service, US Bureau of Mines, MSHA, Outward Bound Instructor, Locke Fire Dept. and Landis, Fire Dept. Received the NC Advanced Professional Firefighter Certification in March 2007. Major Fire Service interests include Rescue, Rope Rescue, High Angle, and Mountain Rescue. I have just retired from being a full time High School Science Teacher. I am a Geologist by Education and I love to travel. I am the Director of a NonProfit Educational Organization-American Odyssey.
